Good twists, memorable characters

Overall a good listen. First chapter a bit boring with too many irritating clichés. Then the story started picking up steam and there were some great twists along the way. White knuckle, satisfying conclusion. Narrator was fabulous!

The Car Chase!

The car chase was beautifully done! Characters were great & believable & well rounded and the narration very well done. Bring on the next book!

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The setup, action, believable and relatable characters, as well as the witty dialogue. Ready to start book 2!

I've been wanting to read or listen to this for a long time. Finally did and I was surprised by how captivating the story is. I will definitely pick up the others in the series and check out the author's other works.

interesting but highly improbable storyline. clever concept but stretched out way too long and way too unbelievable

Trite, far-fetched concept. Gratuitous detail

Best writers were the ones who wrote summary/tease that got me to waste a credit on this. Gratuitous details that didn’t advance the story made this twice as long as it should have been.

Couldn’t Stand Narrator!

I thought this story was so juvenile and boring! I could only stand so much and then said “forget it!” And the narrator was awful!
