Fantastic and Inspiring Book
I really enjoyed this book and can recommend it highly. I have a little knowledge in this area. I'm interested in health, in my 50s, exercise regularly, eat fairly well and take advice from a nutritionist. However, there is always more to learn.
I listened to this book while driving. It was the first health-related book I'd tried on Audible. I was pleased to note that there's an accompanying PDF though, so I can look back and make notes.
The book is well-organized and has a logical flow. Although it's in smaller sections, it kept me interested and I wanted to keep listening. because I was learning and increasingly motivated. I particularly appreciate the positive 'vibe' of this book. No matter where you are now in your journey towards healthy aging, I feel you will learn new things and want to try new recipes, new ways to exercise, etc.
A good book to share with friends and family.
