Book and audio are both excellent.
Hendrickson includes more sources than are commonly reported, e.g, Cadwalader reports about how Grant coped or did not cope with his alcoholism; Sheridan’s rabid desire to delay the cease fire so he could continue killing the escaping soldiers of the ANV.
