Learn the Secrets of Wealth from Ancient Babylon!

An entertaining listen, which is conveniently divided into self-contained chapters so can be split over several sessions/evenings. The 'lessons' on what wealth is, how it is created and kept, and the 'secrets' to a happy and prosperous life from Ancient Babylon are not exactly new -- perhaps that's partly the point! -- but the stories are brought to life as the narrator gets 'into character' and we hear useful life lessons told from the perspective of one of the world's oldest civilizations.
I can't give the story five stars since it's not so much one story as a collection of short tales or parables, but definitely recommendable if you're in any way curious about what the Babylonians had to say and/or would like a refresher on time-tested strategies and attitudes for generating and multiplying wealth, and indeed on the values that make a civilization and hold it together! -- Somewhat apt for current times, perhaps... ?! The final chapter with 'affirmations' is quite good, too.
