An interesting yet spooky tale

The story begins and ends in the present. In between, we get the interesting yet puzzling story and the reason for the reunion. I'm not sure I totally understand what happened, but I enjoyed hearing about Teddy's return to his home town and the reaction from the various townsfolk.

A Haunting Tale

The Reunion is a haunting tale that will grip you from the very beginning and not let you go. The stories characters are over the top but in a good creepy fun way. I loved the writing style because it gave me descriptive images that I could see in my head as the story went on. Steve Connor did a fantastic job of giving the story and characters life. I highly recommend this book because it add mystery with a haunting climax.

overall interesting read

it was hard to follow the story lot of dialogue but eventually you get what's going on. the narrator does a good job of keeping the listener interested. especially in the parts where the plot thickens.

Holy WOW!

What really happened that night twenty years ago? It was tragic, and to this day it’s shrouded in mystery, the events as they replay ever changing. M.D. Neu writes a gripping and engrossing tale! The Reunion is Groundhog Day, wrapped around Fifty First Dates with a bit of Night of the Living Dead tossed in just for fun. I was amused, entertained, horrified and enthralled, all at the same time! I was completely captivated. So much so that I listened to this story three times through just to make sure I grasped every nuance. It was even better each time! Steve Connor did an amazing job with the narration. This story lived and breathed! Every character was voiced perfectly and convincingly. I am absolutely convinced that for me, this one will be a Halloween tradition. I loved it!

Surprisingly Campy Paranormal Small town story

The narrators style came into its own with the colorful character voices a few chapters in. Some very chilling paranormal twists that give this story an unsettling and mysterious ending.

Strong characters, chilling story

Disclaimer: I was given this review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review. This is definitely a book I will revisit. The writing is beautiful and very enjoyable. The characters are also very lovable and I grew to really like the main character. Personally, I found it a little hard to keep track of all the different characters. Nice story with an interesting twist, it's a book that kept me engrossed throughout. Fantastic narration by Steve Connor, he brought out everything perfectly, I have enjoyed this so much. The voice acting was on point, and really enhanced the whole experience.

Fun short story!

The narrator did a great job with Teddy's character! He really brought him to life. And all characters as well. I just wish it was longer. Felt the ending came too soon and was a little rushed but overall a great listen!

Memorable, colorful characters

Excellent narration brought to life the many colorful characters of this short mystery. Quite atmospheric, good for a cozy listen by a crackling fire with a warm drink during a storm.
