Great book
Post partum can be a difficult time for a lot of mums. I love the holistic approach to this book which goes into detail on practicing self care as a new mum. The book talks about the physical, mental and emotional side of having a baby and gives some great advice to ensure mum looks after herself as well as her baby. Well written with some great advice

Appreciate the holistic approach
I liked that this audiobook reviews a holistic approach to post partum care, specifically self care. I feel like without learning some tips and tricks to focusing on self care, it's hard to focus on this while post partum with everything else going on. I appreciated the focus on the mental health portion, since this was an area that I needed to focus on. Great listen!

Highly recommend for any new mother
I absolutely love the way this book was written to support new mothers. Post partum issues are not talked about enough in my opinion. Wells does a great job of hitting on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of this precious and difficult phase of motherhood/womanhood. I was very impressed with the chapter on regaining your own physical strength/balance. Most Moms are so busy caring for the newborn that their needs are not met. My favorite aspect was that it encourages ALL needs be not only met but basically provides a blueprint for thriving in this era. Highly recommend!
