Inspiring and
This book was great because it was insightful into teen girls - who can be totally mysteries! I gave it to my teens to listen to also, and they really enjoyed it. They said the check off lists were very helpful and the ideas on how to build confidence were great. I especially like that it covers both self acceptance and talked about to create genuine and positive relationships. I think that building confidence and accepting yourself are important skills and it's great for teens to look at these more closely. I definitely recommend this book for teen girls and for their parents.
