Kept me interested!

This was a great story! I listen to audiobooks in my car every morning and afternoon during my commute to and from work (an hour drive) and it was so hard to stop listening. Had me wondering the entire time who the mystery kidnapper/killer was! I was confused twice when the story suddenly went to characters that had nothing to do with the story, but I realized after a bit what it was for. Otherwise, GREAT listen.

Good Story

I found myself looking forward to listening every day. Sometimes, for hours! The narration seemed a bit robotic except when he was “in character”. The character voices were good. I’m headed right back to the library for my next book by this author. 👍🏻👍🏻

Unexpectedly enthralling

This was a relatively unknown author to me plus I'm almost positive I got this title for free w my membership from the Audible Plus catalog... which can be hit or miss. Not this title, which I devoured in a day thanks thanks to all the twists and surprises. Highly recommend.

I LOVED this book, very well written! Kept me interested the whole story; thought I had it figured out a few times but I was wrong. Very good book.

Ugh!

I liked the story but omg, the narration was awful! Most of the story is told by the female character, why on earth there is a man reading this book is just bizarre! Don’t even get me started on how he “attempted” to sound hearing impaired, INSULTING to deaf community! You sounded like an idiot! DO BETTER!

Great story

Really enjoyed all of Twist and turns. Loved it looking forward to the next story.

Beautifully twisty!

After having been on a binge with this author for a few months, this is one of my favorites. I liked the narrator! I prefer not to have the narrators tone and inflection constantly changing as it did in the one he wrote that was read by a woman. Ugh, the worst. Anyway, I liked the characters in this one. The twists were fun and interesting. I have to thank Kevin for filling many hours of my time that have otherwise been sad.

Very twisty

Good twisty psychological thriller that surprised me. While I enjoyed the story, I didn’t fall into it. I wasn’t consumed by the story. So, it was good just not great.
