These are not just historical accounts of who Jesus was and is. They are Jesus, and he is actively speaking life to all who will take the time to encounter him. This New Testament introduces the easy-to-understand Bible translation. This version was created so a new audio recording of the New Testament could be produced without infringing on any other copyrighted versions in existence. The EUR version is based on the World English Bible (WEB). The EUR version updates the WEB version with changes to words and sentence structure so the text is easier to understand without changing the meaning.

I like that I can go to any book and chapter easily. Helps keep me grounded in the the Word. I can listen during my commute time...I probably yell at drivers less when I have this on! The narrator has a pleasant voice and listening to someone else read helps it make more sense. I also like how it's just reading, not with music and sound effects which I find distracting. I see he has a few other books from the Old Testament too, I'll check those out after I finish this one. Overall, great audiobook - Get it, you won't be disappointed!
