More Confident After Reading
I am now more confident to serve as a CEO after reading this book. I was skeptical to purchase a book with few ratings, but I trusted the author’s background provided him with a network and training that should make this be worth the purchase. I am glad I trusted my instincts, I was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much I enjoyed this book. Very practical and several summaries of similar leadership transition advice, balanced with examples and recommendations specifically for CEOs.

Excellent Roadmap
I am preparing to take on my role as first time CEO in a new organization soon & this book has given me a roadmap of what to expect and how to prepare for this transition. Must read for anyone stepping into a new role as CEO.
