I’ve read all of his many books and this is one of the best.
Yes, it runs deep in emotion and uncovering both light and dark aspects of human nature.
The reader catches the tone, meaning and emotion of all the different characters wonderfully.

drowning in suds
This may be the worst audible book download ever. The chewing of the scenery the over emoting. Just the gut wrenching, gut wrenching, is gut wrenching. If you have a gut that really needs to be wrenched, I mean really needs it. Then go with your gut.
