I definitely got done good advice from this book
I definitely got done good advice from this book, and I’ve been researching a simpler more streamline lifestyle for my young family for a while and i love this book because it is full of things you can actually do rather than being a book of abstract philosophy and it has helped me focus on what is really important for me to do and eliminate time spent dealing with things I don't actually need in my life and this book has helped me achieve more freedom from the chains of a cluttered sometimes chaotic life

Excellent Advice For Minimizing Your Life
The Minimalist Mindset was a great listen. There were many, many tips and suggestions of ways to cut down, cut back and reduce your living, whether it be at the office or at home. One of my favorite things in the book was 'donation Sunday' or purging items no longer needed. For every one thing you purchase, get rid of two things.

Changed my life!
I highly recommend this book if you truly want a calmer life, one that allows you to focus on what means most to you and families will find guidance in this book that I've not seen elsewhere, and even if you don't have a young family, the book is extremely helpful and definitely a worthy use of your time and book has a kind/encouraging tone and was easy to read and author tips were practical and flexible

The beautiful writing isn’t preachy; it’s compassionate, respectful, and understanding, and the authors’ desire to protect the environment shines through at every step. This book will help you in understanding what minimalism mean and the ways in which it can affect your life. A very informative book that I personally feel, that after reading this one on the subject, you don't need any other book. Well worth the money. Recommend

The Minimalist Mentality was very useful in explaining the principles of minimalism and explaining some practical approaches on how to implement minimalism in your daily life. More than just purging
Unlike most books on minimalism that just encourage you to get rid of everything in your life (which I am not interested in doing…) this book actually provides some deeper insight into why it is important to simplify your life and that there are ways to do it that do not require you to get rid of everything you own.
