A Great Choice

I was able to understand what was going on with my body and how to deal with the transformation. I liked the advice about hot flashes on a natural level and how to get more sleep. I particularly liked the weight loss tips as it sounded easy to follow and doable rather than too extreme and complex.If you want to learn about menopause without all the doctors’ talk, this audiobook is a good one.

Menopause Made Manageable

This book made a big difference for me. It helped me figure out what was happening with my body and gave me tips I could actually use. Best QA Book Ever!

The audiobook, "The Menopause Question Answered", is very good. As a woman going through this now, I found it very helpful.
Menopause marks the end of our reproductive years (sad face) The average age of menopause is 51, but the experience is unique for every woman, with onset typically occurring between the ages of 45 and 55.However, I am 57 and just now going through perimenopause. My aunts were all the same.
The tips on hot flashes with natural ways is great. I will NEVER take a hormone. I have only had a few hot flashes and they were not bad. I find if I eat a good nutrition with no sugar, that I feel great all the time. I do not have any bad side effects yet.
The book gives you solid advice on what to do in certain situations.
Such a great book, for all of us. We need all the support we can get!

Great Educational Listen on Menopause

As a woman who will undergo menopause one day, this book was super helpful and interesting in discussing the changes we will experience when hitting menopause. I found the chapter on sleep changes to be particularly interesting, and didn’t realize that hormonal changes could impact so many aspects contributing to quality sleep such as circadian rhythm, RLS, metabolism, etc.

Understanding these topics will also help me to understand the friends and family in my life who are currently going through menopause. I would highly recommend this book to any woman going through or soon entering menopause, but younger women could benefit from this book as well!
