My thoughts: I knew this was unlikely to be amazing but I have been amazed by short stories before. In the first minute, you discover it's about a 73-year-old in an RV with her dog and I knew then it was unlikely to be amazing. Sure enough, although the story isn't bad it leaves you wanting. It doesn't read like a short story, it reads like the opening of a novel and you're wondering what happened to the next chapter.
Recommend to others: IDK. Only if you like cliffhangers

I wish this was a whole book!!
love stories like this. this should definitely be the first 6 min of a full novel of her adventures and her kids realizing how awesome and deserving their mom is for this adventure
