Beautiful narrated insights in prayer

I highly recommend everyone to listen to this audio book. Green truly captures the essence of The Jesus Prayer and how, through God's love and grace, it transforms the human heart.

Narrater's voice is a bit too soft.

I find myself straining to hear. The narrator's voice is a bit too soft. That said, the book is providing important information and answers for the seeker. Thank you.

Wonderfully inspiring overview of the Jesus Prayer

There is much about this book that I really love. I plan on listening to it again. There is a lot of insight into the why, context and use of the contemplative Jesus Prayer. I liked the author's easy approach towards unfolding the story and history of this Christian prayer. Though I didn't really agree with her thoughts about the devil, however do understand its context. This book in tone reminds of Elizabeth Gilbert's Eat, Pray, Love. The pages are both an insightful and entertaining read, rather to listen to. Highly recommend this book, if you are interested in exploring the Jesus prayer. It is thoughtfully written.
