Acerca de esta escucha
Have you been diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and are looking to avoid radioactive iodine and thyroid surgery? Learn how to save your thyroid and regain your health through diet and lifestyle.
Has your endocrinologist told you that the only three options for hyperthyroidism is 1) antithyroid medication, 2) radioactive iodine, or 3) thyroid surgery? Did you ask your doctor if diet and lifestyle can help, only to be told that nothing can be done naturally to improve your thyroid and immune system health? Dr. Eric Osansky not only has proven this to be wrong by reversing his own Graves’ disease condition through a natural approach, but he also has helped thousands of people with hyperthyroidism save their thyroid since 2009.
The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet is the most comprehensive book related to diet and hyperthyroidism, and can benefit those with different types of hyperthyroidism. This includes Graves' disease, toxic multinodular goiter, and subclinical hyperthyroidism. There is a lot of confusion when it comes to the foods people with hyperthyroidism should eat and which ones they should avoid, and the truth is that there isn’t a single diet that fits everyone perfectly. That’s why The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet doesn’t just focus on one diet, but instead gives multiple diet options, while at the same time guiding you towards the one most suitable for your situation and condition.
In The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet, you will discover…
- Why there isn’t a single diet for everyone with hyperthyroidism, and the different Hyperthyroid Healing Diet options for Graves’ disease, toxic multinodular goiter, and subclinical hyperthyroidism
- What foods you can eat, and those you definitely want to avoid while healing, along with how much protein, fat, and carbohydrates you should consume
- What you need to know about oxalates, histamine, FODMAPS, iodine, and mold in food
- Hidden sources of common allergens and other ingredients you should avoid while healing
- Beyond the hyperthyroid healing diet chapters focusing on optimizing adrenals, healing your gut, improving sleep quality, reducing your toxic burden, what type of exercise you should incorporate, and much, much more!
The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet is your essential resource for saving your thyroid through diet and lifestyle. If you want to do everything you can to save your thyroid and avoid radioactive iodine and thyroid surgery, then you’ll love Dr. Eric Osansky’s book.
Note: those who purchase The Hyperthyroid Healing Diet will also gain access to the online resources, which includes dozens of recipes, checklists related to the different diet options, and a few bonus chapters not included in the book.

Really helpful
Just got diagnosed with Graves and didn’t know where to start. This is a helpful and very detailed book to help you navigate this auto immune disease. He gives lots of references for additional resources. Going to stop gluten and dairy asap! I’d much rather change my diet than other electives. Super helpful! Thanks!
