Excellent guide
Where does The Hashimoto Diet: You're Not Alone! rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
Great audio book for those with Hashimoto's disease. Very informative and helpful guide on how to change your diet and start living healthier. Since I am on this diet I feel much more energetic and less depressed. Also the joint pain is gone. If you want to stop relying on medications to control Hashimoto's symptoms, this diet is perfect for you. It is very easy to follow and more importantly, it works. I highly recommend this audio book!

Using diet to manage Hashimoto's disease
This book starts out with a summary of the symptoms of Hashimoto's disease and that it's a life-long aliment. The good news is diet can be used to support the body's natural function. Eating healthy and natural foods is so important! Following the directions of your physician and choosing a thyroid healthy diet will make a huge difference in health.

Not much information
Truly a summary of some diet options that could treat hashimotos. I was looking for real information with true tested, deta backed studies, and diet plans. You won’t find that in this book!

What would have made The Hashimoto Diet: You're Not Alone! better?
Better clarification on lists.In pursuing the organic list it was mentioned Protien shakes with no clarification on what types, Certainly not soy. There was no addressing cruciferous vegetables. In the sample diet it was suggested 2 times to eat a cup of nuts. That would be an enormous amount of calories.
