About this listen

From the USA Today bestselling author of The Friend Zone comes an adorable and fresh romantic comedy about one trouble-making dog who brings together two perfect strangers.

Two years after losing her fiancé, Sloan Monroe still can't seem to get her life back on track. But one trouble-making pup with a 'take me home' look in his eyes is about to change everything. With her new pet by her side, Sloan finally starts to feel more like herself. Then, after weeks of unanswered texts, Tucker's owner reaches out. He's a musician on tour in Australia. And bottom line: he wants Tucker back.

Well, Sloan's not about to give up her dog without a fight. But what if this Jason guy really loves Tucker? As their flirty texts turn into long calls, Sloan can't deny a connection. Jason is hot and nice and funny. There's no telling what could happen when they meet in person. The question is: with his music career on the rise, how long will Jason really stick around? And is it possible for Sloan to survive another heartbreak?

Wonderful book, narration and story

A delightful read/listen. The narrators are some of the best in the industry, which combined with this heartwarming love story makes a beautiful combination. I love how Abby's books, thay have so much heart and depth, I recommend you to listen to it if you like that kind of book. The characters have layers and are realistic, they have big emotions wich they navigate throughout the story, as they grow and develop their feelings and personalities. 5 starts all around!

loved!

Abby Jimenez writes about real and painful topics, and manages to combine romance and humor in a perfect dosage. This was another great story that had it all… it was touching, painful, funny, fun and full of emotion (it also has a dog!) 💕
However, compared to the previous book, this wasn't as good in my opinion. 😬

The beginning was awesome and had great pace, and suddenly towards the middle, the pace changed. I have to admit that I struggled a bit and thought about giving it 3 stars, but… the ending was SO EPIC!!! 😭❤️
So yes, even though it wasn't as good as "The Friend Zone", I totally recommend it. 💕

• I listened to the audiobook, which was great! The narrations did a great job… I can listen to Zach's voice forever! 😂
