lots of practical tips

It's not my first book about habits - I read and listened to a dozen books about habits and still got a lot value from listening to this audiobook. The narration is also amazing

This was an excellent book

This was informative. It was based in research. It was relatable. It hit the important topics. I found myself implementing its principles throughout the day, moving closer to my goals and living more intentionally.
