Excellent

The story was engaging and exciting. I enjoyed everything about the plot and story line. The reader was well understood in all the character voices and voice was clear. I liked the little musical drama here and there, added to the story very well.

A Ludlum fan

This was a great story, but the abridged version skipped so many details that it was disjointed. I'm sure the unabridged version is even better. Hopefully, Audible will make it available in the future.

Abridgment Ruins Great Book

What did you like best about The Gemini Contenders? What did you like least?

Anthony Heald is a wonderfully competent narrator.

What was most disappointing about Robert Ludlum’s story?

This is my all-time favorite Ludlum. I've read it several times, and even so, I've had a hard time following it because of how jumpy it was in the beginning.

Which scene was your favorite?

The denoument.

If this book were a movie would you go see it?

Yes.

Ho hum not good Ludlum

This book would probably be better if it were unabridged. I'm a fan of Ludlum and I just couldn't get into this book. Of course even mediocre Ludlum is better than many other international espionage writers. If you haven't already been spoiled by listening/reading other Ludlum then you might really like this. The background music, Greek accents, sound effects, and a few twists and turns could make for an enjoyable listen.
