Hussam and Wassim are teenaged boys living in Syria during America's invasion of Iraq in the early 2000s. Beautiful and moving!
I loved it, I don’t normally feel compelled to rate books on here. This one was just excellent and I enjoyed the different characters in different voices a lot. Great writing.
