Great book.

I love the book, and almost all the narration. Although it must be said, I really disliked the way he voiced Rogal Dorn. Perhaps its just a personal preference though.

The Emperor Protects

My husband recommended this book to me as it's one of his favorites from the Horus Heresy. It did not disappoint!

Good!

The fourth book in The Horus Heresy is a worthy addition. it isn't quite as good as the preceding books but still adds to the overall story in important ways. The book starts off rehashing events from the original trilogy but from a new point of view. it's a ways into the book before the Eisenstein actually takes flight so just be aware.

Great!

This book is a great listen. Just wish that the book would last a lot longer.

Take Flight and Find Faith!

The power of the God-Emperor is apparent in this novel! The Story of Nathaniel Garro, Iacton Qruze, and Euphraty Keeler all coming together following the events of Loken, Torgaddon and Tarvitz's last stands on Istvaan V is a great one! I had a blast with this novel start to finish. Lots of unlikely heroes and even more likely villains! Definitely worth a listen! Keeble's reading was sublime.

Fantastic

So far no Heresy book has let me down in any aspect. And I doubt any will.

captivating story and narrator

a sci-fi must. Ships as vast as planets, superhuman soldiers, all shrouded by a mist of treachery and deceit.
