Awesome!
It was eye opening in a nonthreatening way. I was given enlightening opinions, gently. I didnt feel "that" judgement of myself that Ive been doing things wrong, nor "that" urgency to do things perfectly right. I love this book from soup to nuts! :))

Changed my whole world!!!
I have recommended this book to all my fam and friends. It’s def worth the read. It’s the way he’s put everything into perspective. It’s an eye opener. If you’re looking to heal from past traumas and childhood issues that carry on into your life, this is the one.
