I have been diagnosis legally blind, and cannot read directly from the copy of this book that I actually have had on my shelf for decades. A few of the words were not as easy to understand, but overall, it was a great listen thank you

Excellent!!
So glad I found this book. I became interested in water fasting after listening to Alan Goldhamer from True North on Rich Roll’s podcast on YouTube. This book gives the actual “how to” of proper fasting and safely, slowly coming off a prolonged fast. I feel confident enough to try! Very informative and the reader did an excellent job!!
