Helpful clear guidance to safely take care of self from home
This book is full of helpful clear nuggets to help get the seniors in your life safely exercising from home. So much info in here that is easy to implement on setting up a home gym, dieting to build strength, and overall care of the muscles in the body. Already working with my vital but elderly mother and she’s loving the way she feels with these exercises and slight shifts in her diet.
