The storyline

I loved the whole 4 of the books and can’t wait for the next one

unique world building, addicting listen

well written dialogue, with interesting characters that have realistic motivations and who actually grow as people. I love sci Fi and fantasy but was sad I was having a hard time finding a new series that didn't just seem like it was a cookie cutter copy. the voice actor is also easy and fun to listen to.

I have to know what happens next, so I am going to switch to Kindle. This is such a great world, the possibilities are huge.

Love this series!

This series is one of the best I've read when it comes to the genre. A competent and intelligent MC that isn't afraid to pull his punches.
It's a breath of fresh air in a genre saturated with obvious author self inserts, whiny children that are afraid of their own powers and cringe harem elements that goes on forever.
This has none of that.

Book 4 in this Series

I listened to the first 3 books in this series, which is a sort of necromancers comedy, tongue in Cheek sort of thing. Very good for getting your head out of today's political stresses. Narration is good and it set more like a narrative at most times.

These Russian storys are good but mostly the same.

It seems that these Russian stories all have a boatload of corruption, a aristocrat/commoner trope which could get tiresome. However the MC seems to be really OP and sticks it to the gangsters and grifters while remaining charismatic and an overall good character.
I like that, and as for this series, it is the only necromancer character that isn't a villain bent on death, destruction and mayhem, rather he is upstanding and righteous.

The humor and action. Plus character development.

This is the fourth book in this great series. I’m disappointed that I have to wait for book4. I hope it comes out soon.

Again short and ends suddenly

Very short and ends out of nowhere right in the middle of events there just blatantly chopping up one book into many such a scam. It is a pitty because otherwise this is a decent book series.

This 7 book series should have been cut down to 3.

7 and 8 hour books are too short. And seeing how this is just a 3 book series chopped up into a 7 book series, you can see why.

The story its self is pretty good, but it's the Narrator that really brings this story to life! It's Raymond Reddington as a necromancer, and it's GREAT!

The take away here is, If you can get it on sale or if they make 3 or more book omnibuses, it'd be worth it, but at $12 each..... meh
