Crushed is the true feeling

This book keeps you on the edge. You want to know what is coming next. I liked getting to know the characters. You will not be disappointed.

I really enjoyed this book. It has just the amount of suspense and romance I’d definitely listen to it again.

great story

Very good story. interesting. Love Tom Wopat's ability to vary all the voices. you feel like there are several people doing it. I listened to it previously unabridged that was the only thing that would have made it better.

I wish it wasn’t bridged

This is one of my favorite stories I purchased a cassette years ago and when I saw that this book was on audible I purchased it as well even though I saw that it was a shortened version I love this story I’m sorry that we don’t have a longer version I keep looking on audible to see if they possibly put a longer version out there but to my disappointment you have not. I will still advise getting this book because I love the story the narrator does an excellent job portraying all the all the characters.

Not the usual stellar narration

Disappointed in the voice of the male lead character. Didn't sound appropriate for serious and romantic scenes.

Good plot

As usual, Sandra Brown has a fantastic story in her books and great plot and a little bit of romance

Sandr brown has done it again

This book was fantastic. Wick is the man I want by my side for life just straight forward love. I thoroughly enjoyed this book.

Missing some parts or skips around but overall great story.. I have the book and it seemed to skip around

Not so much

THE CRUSH is one of Brown's shorter books -- short in length, plot, and believability. But who am I to say anything negative about such an amazing author. However, I found myself cringing at the utterly stupid actions of an otherwise brilliant surgeon (didn't change locks after break-in, didn't call police after second break in OR get a security system, "brave" when should have been terrified, ad nauseam). The horse thing I saw coming from the get-go and think plots with this twist are weak at best and I'll leave it at that. I will presume this was a fluke and look forward to more of Sandra Brown's books I have on my wish list.
