Good read and easy to follow

I like the way the book divided its chapters and also the summary with the comments/observations at the end of each one of them. I would have preferred to hear perhaps less experiences but more to each story. The whole story of the before, during and after each testimonial would have given a better glimpse as of how this experience impacted each person’s life.
I recommend this book for people interested in understanding what lies beyond this life.

This is the best book I've read on NDEs!

... and I've read at least a dozen. I believe this format is particularly suited for someone who has already listened to a series of complete stories, from start to finish, and then, as a second and "inevitable" book, this one!

If the authors had included 3-4 complete reports, as an introductory feature on the topic, before delving into the very well-executed analysis, it would be the perfect text, even for people who are just beginning to explore the subject.
I hope that the authors, both for this excellent book itself and for the dissemination of this topic, will add some complete NDEs at the beginning in a subsequent edition.

I also hope that the book is translated, at least into Spanish and German so I can recommend it and even gift it to friends and family.

Fabulous!

Love how so many stories were incorporated and categorized. Inspirational! Authors have expertise and their commentary was helpful at the end of each chapter.

Resonated with my childhood memory

I like this book for a personal reason. I’ve always remembered a weird dream from my childhood but have failed to make sense of it. It is from chapter 11 of this book, when one NDEr described one particular NDE environment. I realised it is exactly what my childhood dream was like, her description even reminded me of forgotten vague details of that dream. I rate it 4 stars for the performance and story, and an extra 1 star from my gratitude to the people who make this book.

Data Based Spiritual Experience

Possibilities that I had not yet imagined, only hoped for. Beyond religiosity. Freeing and reassuring about the purpose of this life...

Stories of Life/Death Experience

The writers of this book delve into differing experiences individuals went through in actual case studies. They explain certain aspects that seem similar in each individual case, and the fact there are different experiences each person goes through that are totally unique.

There was a lot of clinical narrative in this book that was interesting, but I was more interested in individual experiences. I wished there was more of that, and less clinical. Otherwise the book was interesting.

Don't be concerned with likes or dislikes about the book. Just listen to it with an open mind..

Fantastic, and credible overview

I’ve been reading a lot of books on NDEs lately and this is one of my favorites. It culls from thousands of NDEs to present the most common aspects that recur across cultures, religions, and time. This book makes experiences that might seem unbelievable on their own, highly believable when set in relationship with so many others.

Not What I Thought

I just didn't care for this version of NDE books. I've heard way better version's of NDE book.

The switching of readers was too annoying

I could not through this, stories were not great and the readers switch every minute. I never write reviews but this reading was not something i could stand.
