About this listen

Ray Stafford published his first science article at 14. Three years later, he sold General Motors an invention that doubled fuel efficiency in cars. By the time he was 22, the young genius had earned doctorates in both engineering and physics. The following year he was offered a chance to teach at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. But even M.I.T. soon wearies of young Stafford's secretive experiments, and they suspect he is keeping a double set of files about his work. They are right. Stafford has stumbled onto the secret to time travel, and he doesn't know who to trust. He wants to go back to 1947 New Mexico and find out whether the famous Roswell Crash was real. But the FBI is closing in fast. Updated and newly edited in December 2012.

Virtual Voice getting abit monotonous

I was given a copy of this book by freeaudiobookcodes in exchange for this independent review.

Although conceptually sound, this offering has several glaring research errors and editing issues. Additionally, I believe I share many listeners' opinions of the "virtual voice" product. Namely, it is boring, apt for mispronunciation, and is used far too often.

I could recommend it if this book was edited better and utilized a quality human performer. However, those circumstances are lacking. Therefore, it is not recommended.
