Feeling better than ever

I am both menopausal and I have IBS, and I wanted to find solutions that work with both. This audiobook was just what I was looking for. It is well written, and the narrator is easy to follow and understand. The workbook really helped me look at my diet from an objective point of view, and it helped me realize what I was actually eating. The recipes are super yummy and so easy to make. I would most definitely recommend this book.

This really made a difference!

The Complete Cortisol Detox Handbook honestly came at the perfect time for me. I’d been feeling stressed and drained for a while, and this audiobook helped me make sense of what was going on with my body. It doesn’t throw a bunch of science at you, it explains things in a simple, clear way that made me feel like, “Okay, I can actually do this.” I followed the advice, started making some changes and I have noticed i am sleeping better and feel more calm.
