Great Haoween Listen
Hank the Cowdog is written for kids but I fell in love with him while reading to my son. I still listen to his "cases" over and over. His humor is for all ages. If you have ever known a dog these books will explain a lot of behavior that seems inexplicable. The Halloween ghost is great for chills thrills and shivers.

Entertaining

Yard gates don’t have motors
This has been a classic listen for me for years. I always dedicate some time every Halloween to enjoying it. Though, when returning to it this year, I realized that not only was the book amazingly funny, but also amazingly smart. The comedy is funny enough that a grown adult can read it and have a heck of a time. For example, the line “Drover cheated and got there first.” is a simple one, but one that I can’t help laughing at when looked at with full context of what’s going on. Please listen to this if you have the chance. You will not regret it.
