Too much bio for me
Not what I thought. Judged the book by its cover. I was seaching for an instruction manual style for health and wellness to assist others. I couldn't relate to the experiences of the author but there are many who are able to. I found myself "skipping around" the chapters in hopes of what I was looking for an attention grabber. I didn't complete the work but would recommend this for someone who could relate to the content.
