One of the better books for building confidence.
This is a very good book for gaining confidence and for giving the encouragement to making big changes in your life. I will need to listen to this a number of times with the hope of having the information sink in. If you are hoping to get out of settling for the mediocre. Then spend some time listening to this book.

This audio book offers a lot of great insight
I like the format of this book. There are questions and lots of follow up information to explain the choices selected. This book is an excellent resource the self confidence workbook. It makes you realize how depraved some people really are and why they do what they do. I recommend this book.
This audio book helped me understand what I was going through. Even though I kind of already knew, just listening about it helped me to believe it.

Many helpful Tips in life
The content is very straight forward and more than "self confidence", it is about building principal and changing lifestyle, it does change my mindset.. I feel that the audio recording part has the "air" in the room, it makes the audio sound no that sharp. Good makes you feel better right away the exercises work is up to you to make everything else happen. The formula is in the book

Confidence is one of the keys to success!
I recommend Confidence formula to all people who want to be more confident in themselves! The book covers the overview of what self-confidence and self-esteem are, how your past experiences shape your self-confidence, the cause of low self-esteem, and tips on how to improve your self-confidence. As a regular meditator, I never thought that meditation can be used s a tool to help improve self-esteem but after listening to this audiobook, I can see why it would be beneficial!

Very informative and eye opening audio-book
It is always possible to change your thoughts and to learn to value yourself. Our past does not have to dictate our future. The only thing that matters is how we act today. This workbook has some fantastic activities in that I could use on myself as well as with teens. I've used a few and they have worked really well so far. This audio book offers step-by-step guide on how to actually apply the techniques in real-life situations. This audible is helpful of the practical content.

Such a Timely Book!
This book couldn’t be more timely, as I’m feeling so spacy lately. I’m a sucker for scientific information and anything that helps my memory. It’s amazing how hard our brain is working and to be able to have mental control and help our memory at the same time is life-changing! I am a health coach, and mindset is a huge part of the work I do day by day with my own clients. I appreciate the focus on this within this book and the exercises! Highly recommending this book!

Level up your mind!
I don't even know where to start. I learned so much from this book! As someone who is interested in peak performance, braining training is such a big part of unleashing your cognitive potential. This book gives insights to how to improve your memory. I'm familiar with mnemonics as I used it for memorizing school related stuff I haven't tried much mind mapping but after listening to this book, I'm so excited to give it a try.

Definitely worth listening to!
I really enjoyed the delivery. It was like talking to a therapist because I could relate in most situations. The message that the book presented was very on point. I recommend this book to anyone that let their mind get in the way of goals and just need to be enlightened that life isn’t all that hard once you embrace it!

Very Clear definition and explanation
I like the insight of this Social Anxiety and Self Esteem audio-book. The author did a brief explanation about energy vampires advised taking a shower and remove all the negative energy. The narrator's advice really helped me in my work situation with an abusive, energy vampire boss, as I learned to create healthy. It's brought us closer together making our relationship better because I can relate to them more easily.
