Publisher's summary

Being the star of the world’s most viral runaway bride video wasn’t how I envisioned my future when I woke up on my wedding morning, but here we are, with me hiding from the world on my solo honeymoon.

And where I just tripped over my number one celebrity crush, hungover and sleeping on my little porch.

Turns out Jonas Rutherford, Razzle Dazzle movie star and heir to the entertainment conglomerate’s billions, is having his own relationship issues and is here hiding too after details of his scandalous divorce went public.

I didn’t think inviting him in for a hangover cure would lead to us getting friendly. And friendlier. And then—okay, yes.

I slept with him. Who can blame a girl? When you’re suddenly unexpectedly single and the number one guy on your freebie list is available, you leap.

But when I wake up the next morning, I discover I’m not the only runaway in my life, because he’s just ghosted me.

It’s fine. I’m fine. Neither one of us is in a position to start an actual relationship.

But three years later?

When he crashes my brother’s wedding?

Where the son that he’s just discovered he has is serving as ring bearer?

Life was a lot easier when I was just a runaway bride.

The Bride’s Runaway Billionaire is a deliciously juicy and utterly swoony romcom featuring a jaded optimist who’s had enough of the limelight, a happy-go-lucky celebrity whose world has been upside down since that fling after his divorce, the most adorable two-year-old on the planet, and a chicken with an attitude. While this book stands alone, you won’t go wrong to listen to The Worst Wedding Date, The Gossip and the Grump, and The Last Eligible Billionaire first.

Wonderful Romcom

Emma got the love story that dreams are made of! Thank goodness after the absolute nonsense that was C.S. Her hero, Jonas, broke down her walls and showed up over and over again. He was the epitome of "actions speak louder than words," and his absolute devotion to Emma and Bash is nothing short of magical. This wouldn't be a Pippa book if it didn't have a charming and hilarious critter. Yolko Ono might have made me question if I need chickens in my life. This one will make you smile from start to finish.

The audiobook of this story is perfection. Narrators were on point, and this is one of those books that SHOULD be listened to, even if you read the physical book.

Great wrap to the series

Loved this series so much!! This book is neat because it ties into another Pippa book however you don’t need to read it to understand what’s going on. (If you haven’t read The last eligible billionaire you should 😉). Pippa books are always feel good and make you want them to never end. This one was the same!!

please use proper english

I loved the story and the narration. you will laugh out loud at some parts. I also loved how the people loved animals which are such a part of the stories. BUT when you are listening to a story, the use of the English language that we all grew up with is important to stop distraction while listening to the story. Everytime6⁶

Bock...Bock...BEGOCK!!!!

Oh My Gosh! This audio was EVERYTHING!!! I literally laughed out loud so many times while listening to this!

I love the funk this hilarious audio got me out of. The storyline is freaking great, the narrators did a FABULOUS job (as always!) and the “extras” in the book (Bash, the triplets, Zen, Marshmallow, Yoko Ono…) were perfection!

The meet-cute between Emma and Jonas and all of their viral history was a great Segway into their weekend of romance! LOL.

Anyway…I would totally recommend reading this…but if you want to take it up a notch higher…grab the audiobook as well! Pippa Grant...this was a GREAT way to finish this series!

Enjoyed

I love this series. Let's be honest everything Pippa writes is pure magic. Always fun to discover more about the eccentric. side characters along the way. I love how Connor and Savannah connected to Jonas and Emma. They bring the story alive from the first page. You can easily see that they love to perform. Looking forward to the next story in the series. Bash is such a sweetie along with Marshmallow and Yolko Ono who have amazing cameos.

Strange last epilogue

I liked this book better than others in the series. However, that has to be the weirdest final epilogue!

Good story with too much filler.

I liked Jonas and Emma’s accidental pregnancy storyline because of their adorable son Bash’s antics, the groveling and harassment Jonas is forced to endure after ghosting her, and the antics of a one legged pet rescue chicken named Yolko Ono. The last thing reclusive Emma needs is a movie star boyfriend but Jonas’s humility is ridiculously appealing especially when performed by his swoon worthy alter ego Connor Crais. I loved Emma’s devotion to her son, her supportive small community of friends and family, and catching up with the characters from previous books in the series. Emma has a sweet and gentle personality as does the perfect girl next door performance by Savannah Peachwood. Unfortunately this series has too many zany side characters, too much pet ridiculousness, and irrelevant filler that I found really frustrating when what I really wanted was more time spent with the main characters I enjoyed.

Endings always bring tears especially when they're happy!!

Almost every woman has that list of celebrities that can get it. This story put a picture and amazing words to the possibilities of if one was to actually meet one off "the list " and have a chance to make those wishes come true. Jonas is an amazing guy with a fear of not being enough while Emma is an amazing girl who has been made to feel like she will never be enough so settling for less is best. Together and through the help of an accidental pregnancy they prove that they are both more than enough for each other and in the end that's real love. Thank you Pippa for another great story.
