Original and Funny

I love a sarcastic FMC who is over 20! The narrator is amazing and I can’t wait to read the next book!

Love the story and humor

I totally told my family to hush to I could keep listening. I found myself literally laughing out loud, love the whole series and can connect with the main character so much!

Interesting plot

It was a good story, but overly formulaic. Girl finds out she has magic, meets handsome man she doesn’t like, they fall in love as they overcome the bad guys

Hilarious and A Cool World

This was so good. The whole premise, the banter, the cliffhanger, just everything about this story had me hooked.

I don't know how many times I laughed out loud because of Lennox's internal and external dialogue. She was so funny. I really loved Rogan too and all of the mystery surrounding him and his brother. We get some big secrets spilled, but after the cliffhanger we're left wondering what's real.

The audio was really well done. I don't usually love one narrator audiobooks, but this whole book is only Lennox's POV, so it makes sense. And Amy Hall was absolutely amazing, I loved how she brought these characters to life so much!

I can't wait to dive into The Blood Witch and see what happens next.

Lennox is my spirit animal

This is a modern day fantasy filled to the brim with banter and humor. And there’s witches. Including tall, dark, and powerful witches who bind you as their familiar against your will. But it’s for a good cause 🤭😂

Ivy never disappoints

Surprisingly fun!

I went out on a limb with this book because I had never heard of this author before. I was surprised with how fun it was. Loved the characters and the sassy humor and pop culture references. Plus, the reader, Amy Hall does a fantastic job of giving life to these characters.

Narrator could do better

I'd first like to point out that I loved this story! I liked the characters, and the journey the MC took. It was the narration that took away a little from the overall enjoyment.

This narrator has a good voice, but constantly mispronounces common words. She once read the word "misshapen," as "miss-HAPPEN.

Aside from her mispronunciations, her narration is pretty good. lol
