I like books that are narrated this way like it's an old fashioned radio show where everybody's their own voice.

This book was really good. Wrap up to the Costa family. i like the fact that this book was narrated like a radio show with everybody playing ourselves. the whole one person trying to mimic the other person drives me nuts. I wish I woul.I wish everybody did the books this way.

Must Read

This is definitely a must read. It is such a heartfelt story. The storyline will keep you on the edge of your seat. Get your Kleenex ready. I hated for the story to end. Brittney you have outdone yourself on this one.

A Bittersweet Farewell to the Costas

I don’t even know where to begin with The Best of Us. Every time I finish one of Brittney’s books, I think, “This is her best one yet.” But this one? It just felt different—deeper, more intimate, and incredibly moving.

It’s a stunning story about self-forgiveness, second chances, and letting go of the kind of grief that grabs hold and doesn’t let go. It’s about hope, healing, and most importantly—faith.

This was Brittney’s least spicy book to date, and honestly? That was 100% okay. The emotional intimacy was so powerful, the story didn’t need spice. It had heart—and that was more than enough for me.

A bittersweet, perfect ending to the Costa Family series. As sad as I am to say goodbye, Brittney always has a way of bringing her characters back when you least expect it. So this isn’t goodbye—it’s just see you later.

The audio for The Best of Us was absolutely phenomenal! A full cast, duet narration brought this story to life in the most vivid and emotional way.

Christian Fox as Constantine? Perfection. He delivered every emotion—from humor to heartbreak—with such authenticity. Ava Lucas is always outstanding, and Connor Crais matched that energy flawlessly. The accents throughout were a wonderful touch and added to the richness of the world.

Also, huge shoutout to Liam DiCosimo and Tim Paige—new voices to me, but they’ve earned a spot on my “must listen to” list.

If you’re debating reading or listening—do both! The narration takes an already beautiful story and elevates it even more.

The closeness between Constantine and Izzy.

I loved the sensitive side of Constantine. And how Collin was just like his Dad. Just wish there was more conversations with his uncles.

Constantine was worth the wait!

The perfect ending to the Costa family story. The family's protector gets his second chance in a big way. I fell in love with him at the end of chapter 1. The banter had me grinning ear to ear. The story brought the suspense that we love from Brittany. This might be my favorite MMC this year. Narration was amazing (especially that accent 😍) and there's something about hearing a man's voice crack with emotion that gets me all choked up. Overall, top 5 read of this year for me. Checked all the boxes.

This audiobook was perfect, as was the book itself. The duet narration just brought everything to life, and the narrators and their accents were exceptional and flawless. I loved every second.

Brittney Sahin has written her best book to date and this narrator cast brings it to life beautifully. This duet presentation is simply magnificent and I have listened to most of her books on Audible. You won’t be disappointed. I am sure you will listen to this audiobook multiple times to relive the story of the Costa Family through this performance of The Best of Us. Enjoy!
