Publisher's summary

Percy Jackson isn't expecting freshman orientation to be any fun. But when a mysterious mortal acquaintance appears on campus, followed by demon cheerleaders, things quickly move from bad to worse.

In this latest installment of the blockbuster series, time is running out as war between the Olympians and the evil Titan lord, Kronos, draws near. Even the safe haven of Camp Half-Blood grows more vulnerable by the minute as Kronos' army prepares to invade its once impenetrable borders. To stop the invasion, Percy and his demigod friends must set out on a quest through the Labyrinth - a sprawling underground world with stunning surprises at every turn.

Full of humor and heart-pounding action, this audiobook promises to be their most thrilling adventure yet.

Percy Jackson is the eponymous hero of the best-selling Percy Jackson and the Olympians series by Rick Riordan. He made his debut in The Lightning Thief at just 12 years old, where he discovered the shocking truth about his parentage: He is a demigod, the son of a mortal woman and the god Poseidon. ready for book 5!!

Would you consider the audio edition of The Battle of the Labyrinth: Percy Jackson, Book 4 to be better than the print version?

I guess so. I haven't read the print version so I really can't compare the two.

What did you like best about this story?

This book had to be my favorite, it had soo much going on it was great. It had all the characters and new ones that brought different excitement to the whole story line.

Which scene was your favorite?

When Grover finally found Pan

Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?

The whole scene with Pan and Grover. and then the end scene when the guy who built the labrath finally released his soul to death..

Very Enjoyable.........Suprising but True

Great if you are looking for a light easy listen. I was listening to make sure it was appropriate for my 9 year old niece before I sent t0 to her (the whole series is appropriate for that age child in my opinion and she ended up loving it!) but I found myself enjoying the series as well. t something I would have usually picked out for myself but I am definitely glad I did.

Always fun

Got into Percy Jackson as an adult but still have loved the lore. Jesse Bernstein (the voice actor) does a really good job of performing the book and he honestly has been my favorite part of listening to it.

Great story, not-so great narration

I really enjoyed the story and especially the end. There is a nice mix between the happy, sad, and unexpected and certainly never a dull moment. Unless the next book is fantabulous, it's my favorite book.
The narration was really bad though. I came in to this without the highest hopes , due to previously listening to "Miss Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children" which was narrated by the same person. However, in that series they changed the narrator for the next two books. Grovers voice was horrendous as well as impressions that required more s sounds and feminine voices. The one good part was his Percy Jackson impression, as it sounds like a believable age fir the character,

Jesse Bernstein is an amazing voice actor

his performance of this book really brings it to life and makes it so interesting and fun. please keep hiring him to do books because he is the best I've heard on this platform.
I would pay full price for him to re do the heros of Olympus series. (maybe pair him with a female to help with all the girl characters, but I really don't think that's needed.
