Rebecca definitely shows her experience in this book. I have been doing intermittent fasting for a while but never with the keto diet as always been a bit sceptical of it. Not a fad!
What a powerful trifecta approach of keto, intermittent and working out.
This is the kind of approach that yields excellent results in such a short amount of time, which is why Rebecca Hardwell will do well with her top-notch books, documenting her years of experience.
My favorite thing about this book is the fact that it puts safety first when implementing strategies of weight loss.
I can attest firsthand that intermittent fasting (with exercise, of course) is a winning combination, and with commitment, can lead to long-term results. Not to mention adding keto in there.
Educate yourself on the power of this trifecta if you’re interested in safe weight loss that works.

A LOT OF USEFUL INFORMATION
The science behind the ketogenic diet is explained in the book, along with how it works and how to start utilizing it. Additionally, it describes the benefits, different methods, and how to include intermittent fasting in a ketogenic diet plan.
Additional details are available regarding a number of physical activities that can be performed at home or in a gym. I appreciated the practical advice and recommendations on staying motivated to exercise and adjusting workout schedules to meet particular needs.
An excellent all-inclusive resource that includes meal plans, recipes, and exercise schedules. The writer shows how to make realistic goals, and the 5-week timetable is extremely attainable.

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the book. Weight loss the healthy way!
Listening to the book was easy and very enjoyable! The author did their very best to be detailed and gave many solutions to lose weight. This book teaches you how to set attainable weight loss goals so you can lose a reasonable amount weight in five weeks. In addition, you will learn which healthy fruits and vegetables to eat and not to eat, the importance of combining exercise and intermittent fasting to further help in weight loss. Moreover, I like that this book explains the importance of talking to your provider before starting intermittent fasting especially for those who suffer from diabetics because intermittent fasting causes blood sugar to decrease. Overall, this is an excellent book and a must buy to add to your book collection.

Great guidance book
I have tried so many times the keto diet, I have implanted IF and it has worked wonders for me but keto was something I have always been intrigued by it, and every time I started I would fail. After reading this book I have now a different view on the diet and am so excited to get started I will be posting an after-review to see how well the 5-week weight loss plan works!
Now learning the combination of both IF and KETO I am now ready to start working with myself and gain my confidence and shred a few pounds I have gained over the years.
