Great listen

this book has some great strategy to apply to your morning routine I actually learned a lot in the process of listening to this I have started applying some of these things to my routine as well I'm going to see how they're going to work out for me

Self-help and motivating.

It's a 5 minute guide, quite useful, practical and concise. Although it's short it has what you need to make a habit out of waking up at 5am
