Some times you need to be reminded of the basics. This is not about a hard sell this is about finding someone problem and as a sales person being able to fix their need. It's about the relationship you for as a sales person and the ICare calls. This is a solid reminder of how to sell with purpose and be proud of the job you do.

I completely agree the sales process is too much about asking what questions. To be effective, we need to dig deeper. People are dying to be known, understood and heard… being a sales person who understands how to unlock a persons motivation is absolutely life changing. Becoming more effective in selling is possible… read this book, and practice over and over and over…

While on our 9 hour drive to Florida, I purchased it when the sun went down. I usually don't listen to audiobooks. I prefer to read it myself, but this audiobook felt like I was listening to a podcast. I appreciate it being narrated by the author; It really brought the book to life.

Lots of good value in this book. I just wish it had more practical examples of how to utilize the information in the book. I understand that we need to say things in our own way but having more examples would have been helpful.
