I love the story so much. Not a compliment or concern or comment, just saying in most of the books your Mrs. was actually Pandita. I don't care though, the classic tale! I love this!

Delightful

I have never read The 101 Dalmatians. Having watched the movies however, I was curious. I’m very glad I decided to listen to the story. It is very enjoyable.

cute

I loved this original. had to read it after finding out this is where Disney got his movie. Some was a bit much Like the surrogate mother and extra dog relationship situations...a bit yucky actually. but over all an enjoyable read.

A beautiful story with a warm heart

I read this book as a child decades ago and loved it then. I listened to it now and found that the story and style held strong. I still loved it. Yes, the story is a little dated, but it works well as is. I don't think it would work as well if it were modernized.

This book should be a childhood staple everywhere, even though it is EXTREMELY British. I strongly recommend this book for anyone with, or ever has been a child. It is very sweet.

Funny!!

I love Cruella Devil because she is scary and I love scary people. I read this book but my mom said that we couldn’t read this book😭

The different voices

The narration was greaaaat and I also liked the music choice with this book thankyou audible

we love the movie and love dogs so we thought this might be a fun car trip pick. we enjoyed it so much more than we thought we would. great book. better than the movie.

The story is good and the reader is also very good and isn’t scary at all.

Charming, and Slightly Different than the Movie

The story is delightful, and the narrator is quite good. There were some notable differences between the classic Disney animated movie and the book, though for 90 percent of the book the film was quite faithful.

Always Delightful

The original story, as is often the case, is so much more engaging and lovely than the movie. If you are considering this book for your children, they will find many characters to love that the film denied them. If you are an adult considering it for yourself, you will find simple joys that we often deny ourselves.
