When Heather McKinley dreamed of becoming a doctor, she imagined curing sick kids and sporting pink stethoscopes. She never anticipated the sleepless nights, grueling exams, and endless labs. Great discussion.

A reasonably interesting discussion of the book
This is one of several Thalia book club audios. I am puzzled how anyone reading the title or glancing at the duration could mistake this for the complete novel.
The conversation is enjoyable and relevant except for the contributions of Akhil Sharma who sounds like a lazy, petulant Sophomore who in his free time chairs the College Republicans.

Don't buy.
If you're looking for an audio book version of "The Lover", this is not it. Instead this is just a group of self absorbed vain adults having a discussion on it including one adult that seems a bit suspicious.
