The audiobook is unfinished
Imagine my surprise when I reached the end of chapter 23 and the audiobook was finished even though there are almost 40 pages remaining in the book. I don’t think listeners should be charged for an incomplete book!

What happened to the audio
After chapter 23 the audio ( that I paid for) stopped and there were several more chapters still to go. I have eye problems and use audio a lot.

Missing chapter 24-29
After a 1 1/2 hour chat with customer service they did not comprehend that the audiobook is cut short after chapter 23. Maybe they should step up when many customers complains about missing the end of the book ☹️😠🤯 and no refund...
