About this listen

Since chocolate couldn't cure her broken heart, creating the finest macarons and croissants this side of Paris would have to do. Who needed love anyway?

Opening up Sweet Treats could have been the answer to all her problems - except all the problems she'd run away from in Paris followed her, via a first-class ticket and wearing rugged jeans. It didn't help that he made the best chocolates she'd ever tasted, either.

What's a girl to do when the only man she'd ever loved was willing to give their love another try - even when she'd been the one to betray their love by keeping a secret from him that could destroy all their future dreams?

Sweet Dreams is a 17,000 word novella set in the Love So Sweet Series. It is full of chocolate and sweet love, set in the Rocky Mountains. It is one of those stories you want to listen to on the beach and enjoy being in love all over again.

Ooh-la-la! ❤️

Loved the story, didn’t love the temporary cliffhanger but I have the whole series so hope springs eternal! Sterna Holmes had my full attention with the mention of Paris and a second chance romance that involves chocolate and pastries. In this case short and sweet is mighty tasty indeed! Loved the performance of George Wickham and Angela Moore, too.

I liked but....

I finish the series, more out of curiosity than anything else. they all have so much potential, such a beautiful start but then it just ends so suddenly! not even a epilogue resuming the stories!!!! and then us missing a story, book 4 should gave been about Shawn, no doubt! unfortunately the writer didn't wrote about them! just a mention of what happened and would happen!!!!

Seriously...wtf

Spoiler alert book includes the subject of gang rape. Not good for listening to a short audiobook called sweet dreams before bed.

Skip this one. There is no real story there.

None of it made any sense.

SPOILER*****

The "mortality" lesson was really insulting. There would be no need for a back alley butcher as the author alludes for the character to have an abortion. "Abortion in Canada is legal at all stages of pregnancy (regardless of the reason) and is publicly funded as a medical procedure under the combined effects of the federal Canada Health Act and provincial health-care systems." Furthermore a teenager is able to get a aquire a safe legal procedure without parental consent. Either the author did not do her homework or she is pushing scare tactics to force her opinion on the matter. I didn't appreciate either.

Aside from this back and forth about the keeping her ordeal there isn't really much of a story. Quite disappointing.

Not a fan of these 2 narrators either.
