Story
Ryland Grace is the sole survivor on a desperate, last-chance mission - and if he fails, humanity and the Earth itself will perish. Except that right now, he doesn't know that. He can't even remember his own name, let alone the nature of his assignment or how to complete it. All he knows is that he's been asleep for a very, very long time. And he's just been awakened to find himself millions of miles from home, with nothing but two corpses for company.

Jazz Bashara is a criminal. Well, sort of. Life on Artemis, the first and only city on the moon, is tough if you're not a rich tourist or an eccentric billionaire. So smuggling in the occasional harmless bit of contraband barely counts, right? Not when you've got debts to pay and your job as a porter barely covers the rent. Everything changes when Jazz sees the chance to commit the perfect crime, with a reward too lucrative to turn down.

With the company's failed attempt at entering the gaming industry, they switched their sights to focus on smaller scale educational programs. A game is only a game if you can quit. This is something I learned the hard way. I just wanted to let off some steam in virtual reality and ended up getting murdered and imprisoned in the body of one of the undead - slow, clumsy, and cursed to die at the hand of other players over and over again. The only way out of this awful predicament was to find the legendary Scroll of Rebirth, but the helpless plague-ridden corpse would need to be turned into a real killing machine. If only people knew what it was like to level up a dead rogue....

For Hudson, the virtual world of PrimeVerse isn't all bad. It's beautiful, much nicer than overpopulated Earth. It almost feels like a vacation except for the volatile wildlife, lack of any amenities, and—oh yeah—the inability to log out. Exploring the world, learning his class, and leveling skills is all fun and games until a powerful rogue player with a vendetta shows up to wipe out Hudson and his primitive tribe. Thrust into a conflict he didn't create, Hudson is forced into a cycle of respawning where he learns that even death can be used as a tool. So much for that vacation.

Story
Braided Dimensions blends Celtic mythology, ancient history, and modern-day mystery, where ancient and modern worlds collide. It follows Kay, a former professor of ancient languages, who finds herself drawn into a hidden realm of magic and danger. Transported to a mysterious medieval world on Halloween night, she meets Baird, a handsome stranger who claims to know her spirit, and Duff, a burly friend who welcomes her as Kyna, as long-lost kin. Kay joins them in a festive celebration of Samhain, the Celtic New Year, where she discovers she can dance, sing, and understand their arcane tongue.

Excellent dungeon diving story. Good plot and worth your time.
Starts out with your character having nothing and then you work your way through the dungeon. This game has all the usual dungeon suspects: rats, skeletons, giants, goblins, even a wraith and a death knight. The plot is really good and the ending was a twist that wrapped everything up. The story lends itself well to a sequel where the "hero" can get his revenge some day. The virtual voice AI did a good job but a human could have done the voices where they sound different. I guess I'm saying the book is incredibly well-written and if an actual narrator read this through it could be so much better. Top-notch story telling here.

Better than I expected.
It’s a good book to listen to while you’re working or exercising it has a nice fantasy dungeon appeal that I like in my books.

I love the twist at the end
was not expecting him to become a ruler of this dungeon but I would have liked a another voice to help carry this story make a little more in depth

Dislike book two isn't here, laughed when AI mispronounced Keyring. Good beginning to a series
