Sounds great on paper. Run your company, make money, be your own boss, settle down. Except that with running a business, comes an inordinate amount of responsibilities. Like making sure everything keeps running and your people are paid.

Worrying about the longevity of his company, Felix begins to expand into other cities. So they’ve packed up the car, put in all the requisite forms, gotten the approvals, and set out to start Legion up in a new city.

The problem, though, is the local government had no idea who they were selling permits to. Approving forms for. To Felix and Legion.

And now they’re about to find out.

a improvement on an already good story

this book took the story from a fun super power harem book to an actual serious and engrossing story. the writer did a great job coming up with new ideas and characters, I really felt much more attached to the series after this book then I did after the first. I love the nod to the wild wastes series that is in the book as well. I was a bit disappointed that Jeff Hays was no longer the narrator even though the current narrator has been another of my favorites, though my disappointment stemmed more from a switch of voice after getting used to them in book one rather than any lack of skill on the narrators part. he did a great job at keeping as close to the voices for each character as a different person can. over all the book was a massive improvement in a already entertaining series.

a fun read

Nick Podell is amazing as a narrator, any book he reads I thoroughly enjoy, I especially enjoyed the novelty of the story it's a new and fresh idea, well done Audible!

I'm glad I bought book 1 on sale

The characters are still a bit flat, but growing on me. The action is still very fast paced. Arand seems to be a very creative writer with some unique ideas. He doesn't believe in the slow and steady approach as this book branched out with half a dozen new directions: portals, new worlds, gods, and much more all at once. This with a complete shift away from being a "company" to being a superpower, but it feels like the elements have been laid down to bring the next book into this world where Legion is one of the powers of consequence. This is not the direction I thought the book would take, but I'm fascinated with the story. I'm a bit sad that book 3 isn't available yet. I will watch for it.

surprisingly great!

was not happy with the narrator change. nick is great and one if the greatest though. the story and books are enthralling. I was not sure at first and need a filler. now I cant wait for the next book!

This book is great.

I liked this book a lot and can't wait for the next one. I do wish that the same narrator for the first book had continued because he really but a lot of effort into it and I loved it. But this was a good book narration.

Another excellent book!

It took me a little while to get used to the new narrator, but once I did I, thoroughly enjoy this book and can not wait for the next one!!
