One of the best things about this book is that it provides detailed information on what to expect during each month of pregnancy. From the early stages of the first trimester to the final weeks of the third trimester, the author offers practical advice on how to support your partner and prepare for the arrival of your new baby. The book also focuses on the emotional side of pregnancy and fatherhood, offering advice on how to communicate effectively with your partner, and how to deal with your own anxieties and fears including those of your partner.
