His scowl should make me want to run in the other direction, but when I catch him smothering a smile around me, it makes me want to get to know him more. And when Adrian starts to open up, I find myself falling in love with the cinnamon roll center hidden beneath his gruff exterior. But between my emotional baggage and his aversion to relationships, it’s looking like we’ll never be more than neighborly.

Nice ..
It's one of those forgettable books that you will never remember it the moment you finish it
This book is about Gemma who was born and raised in Sunset Harbor, she hates it, that's why she ran away from it, but now her grandmother is moving to another retirement house and she needs to take care of her until they sell her house to afford the retirement home, then she meets Beau Palmer, and as the legend goes, Gemma's family are in a feud with the Palmers, but Beau is determined to keep Gemma in the Island even after her business is done and he will do it one smile at a time
I liked Beau well enough, he was sweet and caring, but I don't feel like Gemma's existence made much difference to him since he's already a pure sunshine to the Island.. the ending was nice and sweet like the rest of the series .. it was an OK book nothing to remember it by
