Thorough advice for an easier lifestyle change.

Everyone's metabolism slows down as they get older, and women have many other hormonal changes that can make staying fit and trim a bit more difficult. Fortunately, "Successful Intermittent Fasting for Women Over 50" by Jennifer Lindsey has some awesome guidance. It can help any woman at that stage manage weight, energy, and any other menopausal symptoms.

Lindsey navigates all the topics well, and presents an easy to follow approach. I think what struck me as most important was the focus on a diet that is actually sustainable. If you get sick of it, or if you're always miserable, you will give up. This audiobook shows how to build the habit of intermittent fasting, so it becomes more of a lifestyle than a "diet," so to speak.

This audiobook (and the accompanying PDF version of the text) also has a lot of charming and motivating anecdotes from people who use IF and manage to plan meals and stay social - some of the biggest hang-ups for lifestyle changes. I think this audiobook should appeal to any woman over 50 who wants to maintain (or increase) their control over weight, energy, focus, digestion, and many other aspects of their health. Highly recommended!
