Required reading or listening for any financial advisory firm seeking to hire and manage staff

This book contains so much rich content on successful steps to attract, hire, and retain qualified new hires for financial planning and investment advisory teams. I wish I had had access to this book earlier on in my business growth so that I could be sure to start out on the right foot with new hires.
